Feras is like a one man Riyadh welcoming committee. A proud Saudi national and equally enthusiastic CH2Mer, he loves helping expatriates adjust to their new role and country, enabling them to walk away from the office with everything that they need to be successful in their surroundings from the start.

Matthew Sutton is president of CH2M’s private client sector business. He leads overall global management, strategy, operations and growth of the business, including a worldwide staff of nearly 6,000 professionals in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and Asia Pacific. CH2M’s private sector serves major corporations in the oil and gas, manufacturing, industrial, power, chemical, life sciences, electronics and advanced facilities sectors.

Tamra isn’t afraid to ask for help; she knows that collaboration is the key to running a code compliance team. The type of problems she works to solve impact people personally, and she knows that reaching out to her network is imperative to get the job done right.

Kyle Arnold is a Lead Mechanic in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, U.S. He joined CH2M through our Employee Referral Program after serving five years in the United States Army as a Power Generation and Diesel Mechanic. His passion for mechanics stems from his appetite for turning challenging projects into successful opportunities. One of his most recent projects was modernizing the water treatment plant that was built in the 1960s to align with current technologies. He helped with the implementation and was a part of the BRAT team assessment. He also enjoys pilot testing with CH2M engineers.

Helping others is in Michelle’s DNA. Whether she's assisting the Fayetteville project or supporting one of our regional leaders, she is passionate about meeting the needs of others.   Why does she love her job? The people. I have built a lot of close relationships with the people I work with; these relationships mean a great deal to me. I love people and that is why I love my job.

Duyen started her journey with CH2M as a chemist and now, 25 years later, wears two hats as Regional Business Manager and Director of Sustainable Operations. “Because I love what I do, I do my best. It takes very special people to operate buildings, treatment plants, public works departments and so on,” says Duyen.

Greg McIntyre serves as president of CH2M’s State & Local Governments Client Sector. In this role, he leads the firm’s global business serving clients in cities, counties, states, local authorities and provinces in the areas of water, environment, transportation and social infrastructure.
