Will is thankful for second chances. When his first career in retail management left him feeling unfulfilled, he turned to the unique opportunity of apprenticing in the field of engineering. Will’s father is a civil engineer and his grandfather was an electrical engineer, so it’s no surprise that he’s always been drawn to this industry.

Although he’s only a few years into his career as a civil engineer, Mohammed is a globetrotter. A Saudi national currently based in Riyadh, some of his earliest moments with CH2M took place in London. Even now, back in the Kingdom, he’s worked on projects all throughout the region, and has had a hand in many others across the world in support of CH2M’s clients.

Carlo Orsenigo is CH2M's executive vice president for Global Project Services, where he is responsible for project delivery, project controls, procurement, contract administration, risk, global design centers and Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality for the company.

Greg Fischer plays a vital role in making sure that CH2M’s design-build-operate services contribute to the success of our clients, our staff and our passion to transform challenge into opportunity to lay the foundation for human progress.

Speaking about his experience on the Crossrail project, Andy says, There is a huge amount of experience gained by working on major projects like this, and I’m proud to leave part of a lasting legacy that will be here as a project, as a railway that serves London for the next century.

Greg McIntyre serves as president of CH2M’s State & Local Governments Client Sector. In this role, he leads the firm’s global business serving clients in cities, counties, states, local authorities and provinces in the areas of water, environment, transportation and social infrastructure.

Bringing broad leadership experience and earnest management skills, Manuel Aguirre has gone from owning his own construction company to serving as Managing Director of CH2M’s Latin America region since 2009, holding a broad range of positions within CH2M and other engineering firms along the way. He was honored to be a board member of CH2M from 2010 to 2012.

With unique insight and understanding, Neil Reynolds inspires his team with the possibilities of infrastructure in this part of the world. As CH2M’s Regional Managing Director for the Middle East and North Africa and India, he believes the diversity of people, cultures and terrain make it a great place to be for an engineer due to the sheer scale of engineering projects. Neil sees the larger opportunity of the projects designed and developed alongside our clients saying:

Based out of CH2M’s Colorado headquarters, Terry Ruhl leads our US$2-billion National Governments business, partnering with governments around the world to advance their defense, infrastructure, environmental, social and economic missions. Terry is responsible for the growth and profitability of four operational units serving the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S Department of Energy and Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, U.S. Civilian Agencies and International Governments. He is also a member of our Board of Directors.

Thomas Pennella serves as the President of CH2M’s Industrial & Urban Environments business group. In this role, Thomas is responsible for supporting profitable growth of the Industrial & Advanced Technology and Urban Environments & Sports business operations. He is also a member of the firm's Board of Directors.
