With a national goal to diversify the economy, retain Saudi youth and support entrepreneurs, CH2M created a 242,000-square-foot LEED Gold designed technology campus that provides Tier 3 cloud infrastructure, a post graduate teaching, conference and lecture center as well as high-tech business incubator facilities.

Chosen as the winner in an international design competition, CH2M master planned, designed and engineered this 69-acre, nearly 3,500,000-square-foot, R&D campus for the world’s leading telecom company. Approximately 15,000 personnel work at this “software factory” amongst the gardens of this former brownfield site.

ONAMI’s new flexible lab/fabrication spaces located in a former warehouse support R&D collaboration between OSU researchers and private enterprise partners. This facility is recognized as a model incubator facility, leveraging nearly $400 million in federal and private research investment and 39 patents.

CH2M’s design of a new 330,000-square-foot research facility for advanced semiconductor and nanotechnology research and development is the first in the world to house extreme ultra-violet equipment and was finished in less than 20 months from the start of programming to first tenant occupancy. The award-winning design became the new flagship of SUNY Polytechnic, took advantage of a constrained site and overcame ambient site vibration challenges through innovative structural design.
