Application tips

Before filling out your CH2M job application, review the tips below designed to help you submit your best application possible:

  • Read the job description and requirements thoroughly. Be sure you meet the qualifications of the position(s) you are applying to.
  • Only one application is accepted per position. By submitting your CV/resume under multiple email addresses, you are not increasing your chance of hire.
  • Make sure you proofread. Be sure your CV/resume, application questions and cover letter are free of grammatical errors.

  • Answer the question: Why does your current area of study interest and excite you? Why are you are applying for the specific graduate or internship position?
  • Are you eligible to work in the U.K.? If it's applicable, make sure you also mention your state visa/work permit type.
  • No more than three pages and should include: Your contact details (email address, contact number, address)
  • Educational qualifications, including the grades you've received. If you're an international student, please tell us about your grades, regardless of the form they take (percentages are welcome, as well as other types of grades – feel free to describe them so that we understand what they mean for you and your school)
  • Your expected month and date of graduation, as well as your expected grades
  • Professional certifications (if any)
  • Any interesting projects you've worked on, details of other internships/work experiences and any other information you think will help our team get to know you professionally

Bethany Randall - Senior Talent Recruiter

Don’t be afraid to take a few moments to think through tough questions.
