    The ESS GeoCity ESRI MapIt application provides users customized driving directions through updated construction zones by providing an efficient route for drivers using open roads and considering the current construction schedule. The tool was developed using ESRI ArcGIS Server and has been integrated into standard public informational Web sites as one component of a larger traveler information campaign.

    CH2M HILL Enterprise Spatial Solutions (ESS) Google Earth Property Management solution provides a low-cost, effective way for property owners to maintain and deliver land record documents. With this solution, users easily visualize property data along with other geographic information such as company territories, state wetlands, endangered habitats, and municipal/state boundaries.

    This solution provides 80 percent of capabilities of a fully functional geographic information system (GIS), at 30 percent of the cost, allowing users to find deeds and other records on a real-time basis, without requiring a GIS or computer specialist.
