Robert W. Bailey

President, Water Business Group

Mr. Robert Bailey currently serves as the President of the Water Business Group where he has worldwide responsibility for the development, project performance, and risk management of all CH2M HILL water projects. Mr. Bailey is a member of CH2M HILL's Board of Directors. He serves on the Board’s Ownership & Incentive Compensation Committee and the Workforce and Diversity Committee. He served on the Audit & Finance Committee from 1999 - 2000 while the firm transitioned to the current employee ownership program.

Gregory T. McIntyre

Senior Vice President, Water Business Group Global Operations Director

Mr. McIntyre is responsible for leading the global operations of the Global Water business including the North America Consulting, North America Design Build, and International Business Units. Responsibilities include full profit/loss accountability, leading a team of eight Regional Business Group Managers around the world, and managing the Water Business Group Global EPC delivery platform including Health and Safety, Project Delivery, Estimating, Procurement, Project Controls, and Engineering Design.

John Quarendon

Regional Managing Director - ASIA

John Russell Quarendon is CH2M HILL's Managing Director for the ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations) and India region, as well as serving as the South East Asia Regional Business Manager for the Water Business Group. In this dual role, he responsible for the leadership, integration and support of CH2M HILL’s business groups in the region, together with the general management and growth of the company’s regional water business.

President and Group Chief Executive, International

Mr. Searle is President and Group Chief Executive of CH2M HILL International and serves on the CH2M HILL Board of Directors’ Strategic Planning Group. He is experienced in markets around the globe, including overseeing extensive international work in his prior role as President of the Water Business Group.
