The opening of the Changi Water Reclamation Plant (CWRP) marks the completion of phase one of Singapore's $3.65 Billion Deep Tunnel Sewerage System (DTSS).

Environmental Engineering Scholarship in Singapore Draws Exceptional Students to CH2M HILL
22 June 2009—CH2M HILL, a global full-service engineering, procurement, construction, and operations firm, is pleased to announce that it has awarded a scholarship to Kenneth Quah Jin Hui for the pursuit of a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The comprehensive scholarship covers full-time course fees, a monthly stipend and on-the-job training with CH2M HILL during term breaks, for a year. On successful completion of the master’s degree program, Kenneth will fulfill two-years of employment with CH2M HILL.
