CH2M HILL provides a full range of services for new nuclear facility development, from siting and licensing to design and construction management, and full service EPC project delivery. We have experience with nuclear facility design and safety issues, and interacting with industry, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the US Department of Energy (DOE), the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), and other US and international regulatory agencies.

A cornerstone of our approach to delivering projects in a safe, high-quality manner is our NQA-1 based Quality Assurance program. This program has passed several NQA-1 based audits, and satisfies all the requirements of ISO 9001. CH2M HILL has design reliability assurance programs (D-RAP) which include 10 CFR 21 compliance.

CH2M HILL has been providing services to utility companies and independent power producers for more than 50 years, and is one of the few firms that can demonstrate experience with all aspects of Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)-licensed nuclear facility development ranging from 10 CFR 52 process to reactor facility decommissioning and license termination support. We have established working relationships with NRC representatives in all four NRC regions across the United States.
