Supplier/Subcontractor ePortal
About the ePortal
CH2M HILL's ePortal provides Suppliers and Subcontractors the ability to do much of their business with CH2M HILL online. The CH2M HILL ePortal integrates Supplier / Subcontractor information into the CH2M HILL Materials and Subcontract Management System (CMAS) which is utilized for Procurement on projects across company business groups.
The ePortal registration system provides an easy way for contractors and suppliers to register and continuously maintain qualifications online. The ePortal also allows suppliers and subcontractors to submit bids online and, once an agreement is issued, execute agreements online. The ePortal also will facilitate interactive communications, submittals, and administration of subcontracts on projects.
To begin the process, CH2M HILL invites companies to register online via the ePortal.
Note: Companies who begin the registration process will be expected to complete the 3-step process that includes submittal of a Login Request, a Company Profile, and Detailed Qualifications.
Companies who use this tool and complete the process will be to added to the CH2M HILL master supplier database, for consideration as a potential bidder as specific requirements arise that may suit your qualifications. Submitted Profiles and Qualifications will provide documentation of your legal entity, indicate if your firm is a certified small business or minority firm, identify the types of materials or services which your firm provides, provide in-depth information regarding your capabilities and experience, and will require attachment of supporting certification documents. Once your data is submitted it becomes available to all CH2M HILL Procurement personnel worldwide, making it easier to do business with CH2M HILL. The information can be easily updated at any time. Your firm will be requested to update the information annually so we have your most current information.

Before you begin: You will be required to complete and upload one of the following supplier certification forms as documentation of your legal entity in the Company Profile: USA (Form W-9), Canada, or International.
