From time to time, difficult ethical situations may arise, the best approach may not be immediately clear, you may question directions received from others, or you may become aware of a possible violation of law or a CH2M HILL policy. We offer several reporting channels through The Guideline and encourage our employees and those that work with us to ask questions, seek guidance, and report potential violations in the way they find to be most comfortable. We follow up on all reports and take proactive measures to address concerns fairly, and in a timely manner. We do not retaliate against those who report concerns or violations in good faith. Whether or not the concern you raise warrants corrective action, we appreciate your willingness to reach out and ask a question.
